Restore Healthy Energy
Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH
While the increase of PTSD of our veterans is in the news, the reports about the amount of stress our caretakers are exposed to, is hardly mentioned. I am thinking of the families that take care of their loved ones, as well as the doctors, the nurses, the therapists and other staff in the emergency rooms and the ambulances.
They are not immune to PTSD. They are exposed to the same energies as their patients are while the trauma in the ER and hospital unfolds. They may burn out. There are many ways to recover one’s emotional strength, however, the fastest way I know of is to listen to this CD “HealingPTSDTrauma.com” and learn how to transmute harmful energies in a minute or two.
