Brain Fitness or PTSD — What is Your Choice?

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH
War Trauma Survivor
Creator of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM

Dear Friends,

Are you aware how easy it has become to measure the brain activity that signals your fear, anxiety and then again pleasurable thoughts of love and joy?

For decades medical doctors have used digital machines to test, diagnose, and monitor the status of your physical health. Pharmaceutical laboratories have been preoccupied to develop pills for any kind of condition. Surgeries have become increasingly sophisticated. More and more frequently, it has been discovered that as a result, you might develop an emotional trauma. It is not new to measure the electric frequencies of your brain while you experience panic states or other symptoms of PTSD, Only as of late, it has been proven that the neural chemistry of the brain responds extremely well to the higher level frequencies of emotional signals like love, harmony, peace.

These test results and their applications in latest brain fitness programs confirm that trauma and post-traumatic stress as well as military rape and any other emotional trauma, whether they occurred yesterday or decades ago, can be healed through changing your mindset. Brain fitness or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) — what is your choice?

Now let me analyze the concept of raising your brain frequencies from low-level to high-level frequencies in Hz. Depression, suicidal thoughts, hate, anger are low frequency. Higher frequency feelings are harmony and love. You can look at detailed graphs how to reach inner fulfillment through self-actualization on my Facebook.com/page/Healing-PTSD-Trauma-Universal-Vibrational-Therapy.

In our world it is quite normal for the mass media to report upsetting news about violence non-stop. Your brain registers these news as low-level frequency. As a result you may become more and more angry about what’s happening. It may occur just at a point when you seemed to have your own emotional trauma under control. However, now you feel completely out of balance. Of course, you blame your PTSD, while everybody else around you may also be flooded with low-level frequency feelings about latest traumatic events in this chaotic world. So you may not be able to count on them to help you out.

Your issue is how to counterbalance the low-frequency vibrations through loving harmonious ones. If you believe you can make it on your own, by all means give it a try. Any kind of self-reflection, spiritual practice, like prayers, meditation, yoga, may give you a head start. If you are lucky, it may suffice. However, usually more is involved to resolve your deficit in high-level frequency vibrations. I found it out for myself. That’s how the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM came about in 1992. I distilled it to save you the years of not feeling complete within yourself. I named the CDset: “Healing PTSD Trauma”. It is an efficient, targeted method to transmute the vibrational components of emotional trauma and its symptoms and for you to rediscover harmony and joy. The CDset is unique. It turned my customers’ lives around to achieve a great level of well-being.

However, let me caution you: it comes with one responsibility, viz. to sustain the high-level vibrational frequency through an easy, brief daily regime of the Universal Vibrations. From then on, you are on your own with the tools that afford you to enjoy improved relationships, to pursue your purpose in life and to manifest your visions and dreams.

Brain Research Confirms PTSD Can Be Healed

Train Your Neuroplastic Brain

To Heal Your Trauma, to Rewire Your

Electric Frequency (Hz) from Fear to Love

Creator of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM

War Trauma Survivor Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

Latest astounding advancements in neuroplasticity of the human brain reconfirm the validity of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM and its distilled version, the CDset for “Healing PTSD Trauma”. It may take decades until recent discoveries reach main stream. By then, neuroscientists may have reached more advanced conclusions about the true nature of the innate human potential. Healing methods may assume an even faster speed in vibrational energy.

Many of you, veterans, have been suffering from your invisible wounds ever since you have returned home from war. You have become bitter that treatment of your PTSD, PTS has not shown the results in healing that you so richly deserved after having sacrificed your health in war. My heart goes out for you. Yes, physical and emotional treatment methods have been and are still lagging behind scientific discoveries. It shows the severe shortcoming of an imperfect world where specialization has become the norm. In the past this lack of knowledge could not have been bridged through the best Western healthcare system, Veterans Hospitals or government. It may be the hardest pill for you to swallow; yet, it is essential for you to accept this fact so you can move on to your own healing.

You may be aware of research which has studied the damage to the human brain rattling around during the blast pressure waves of artillery, IED’s etc. You may also have come across test results which show how much effort has been put into the design of a 100% protective helmet to protect soldiers in combat. Usually, soldiers with PTSD have been exposed to rattled brains durings blast waves. So if anybody were to assume that a soldier is weak because he suffers from PTSD has no idea of the variables of warfare. Instead of asking why did it happen, and why have I not been healed so far, you may want to learn how to master your life in unexpected ways.

By the way, your flashbacks, nightmares, and other triggers were originally only the warning signals of your energy sytem. The symptoms tend to be reinforced, since your energy system has not been fully recharged. Once your vibrational energies have been replenished, your subconscious will relay the message to all parts of your body. Your whole system will calm down. Neuroscientists have researched and documented exactly the interplay between different parts of your brain when the electric frequencies (in Hz) are changed from ‘fear’ to ‘love’.

Give yourself permission to stop punishing yourself for the shortcomings of the world around you. It is not too late to decide to conquer your post-traumatic stress. Summon the fighter spirit in you that knew his mission was to return from war alive. Do you recall your dreams and visions back then? Reflect upon them and determine how to bring them back to life. What can you do to change the frequencies from ‘fear’ to ‘love’ and once accomplished, how can you sustain the gains?

While I understand that my solution is not for everybody, it does work. If you are determined to say good-bye to your emotional trauma and its symptoms and you opt for a speedy rewiring of your electric circuitry, then my CDset “Healing PTSD Trauma” is the unique method for you, while the second component ‘Restabilize Your Energy’ will teach you the brief daily regime to sustain the gains achieved in the midst of disharmonious energies in your daily life.

Healing PTSD as a Couple

Non-Military Spouses develop PTSD Symptoms similar to Husbands

By War Trauma Survivor Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

Creator of Universal Vibrational Therapy TM

Finally, the word seems to be getting out in the mass media that, surprisingly enough, non-military spouses develop symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD) after their husbands’ return from deployment. Rather shocked, reporters have been questioning how could spouses who have not fought overseas develop symptoms of post-combat stress (PTSD) similar to their husbands?

It needs to be pointed out that the emotional toll on spouses during their husbands’ deployment tends to be underestimated–not only by husbands, but by the public at large. During the deployment, spouses have to fight their own inner battles, to suppress the fear whether their husbands will return alive.

Let me mention one example: When her husband finally returned back home, overjoyed, the spouse sighed with relief. Then, she discovered that he seemed preoccupied and appeared distant. She realized he was no longer the man she fell in love with. She tried her very best, poured all her love into the relationship. Despite her attempts, it did not work. Why was he so removed, drove recklessly, drank too much?

The fear for her own life set in one night. Screaming on top of his lungs, seemingly back in the war zone, her husband mistook her for the enemy. She barely escaped his firm grip and locked herself in the bathroom. From then on, she was on high alert too. She pressured her husband to seek treatment in order to resolve his trauma and heal his symptoms of PTSD. The painstaking road to healing PTSD began. Angry uncontrolled outbursts, panic, depression threatened to tear the relationship apart.

This seemingly never ending fight with PTSD tends to occur when the war energies, brought back home, are not being resolved.

Considering the enormous emotional toll that is demanded by spouses during and after deployment, I have been recommending to couples to listen to the “Healing PTSD Trauma” CDset together in the privacy of their home. It will facilitate inner bonding between the couple and is intended to lead to a dialogue while healing their trauma and their similar symptoms of PTSD. The energies of war will be transmuted. Their vibrational energies will be balanced. Their deep-seated feelings will be healed. A solid foundation will have been formed to rebuild their relationship. In addition, the wonderful tool “Restabilize Your Energy” will give the couple the opportunity to transmute any new disharmonious energies from family, friends, the outside world on a daily basis. It only takes a few minutes, however, through mutual support, it will fortify the inner bond between spouses even more.

If, as a couple, you are committed to healing PTSD, to improve the quality of your life, and be the best you can be in your loving relationship, then, the CDset “Healing PTSD Trauma” is a dream come true.

Healing PTSD

PTSD Causes, Best Healing Methods
Under Review by Congress

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH
War Trauma Survivor, Creator of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM

If you are wondering “What is PTSD?” you are not alone. The Congress requested to know and sponsored a nationwide research study to collect data from the DoD/VA to determine the cause of post-traumatic stress (PTSD) and the different treatment methods which heal PTSD best and are most cost-effective. Mostly traditional treatment methods used to heal PTSD were selected for the study. Commonly known is the President’s order for the DoD and VA to select their best ten innovative pilot programs created in the attempt to heal PTSD. Long-standing recommendations of The World Health Organization (WHO) how to heal PTSD have not been considered.

Since the 1980s the question “What is PTSD?” has puzzled the research community. Then, the American Psychiatric Association classified post-traumatic stress (PTSD) as a mental disorder and opened the doors for serious research as to its causes. Depending on the orientation of the particular research team different kinds of belief systems emerged. As a result, different kinds of treatment approaches to healing PTSD were innovated. The advance in biomolecular medicine allowed the increased use of medication to reduce symptoms and the emotional trauma.

Then, the VA was faced with the responsibility to evaluate the most appropriate psychotherapies and chose CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as a short-term treatment modality to heal PTSD. It was expected that symptoms of PTSD would be healed, once patients learned to confront their fears and terrors cognitively. The success rate of 50% seemed significant enough to consider CBT treatment a success. Gains achieved did not always last over time. Veterans would return for further PTSD healing or explore different ways to deal with their inner monsters. However, by necessity, too many veterans have been returning for decades for regular brief appointments to secure their prescription medication, in particular for the so-called secondary symptoms of PTSD, e.g. depression, insomnia. Not all patients react well to medication. Often serious side effects have been experienced.

Once Exposure or Virtual Reality therapy were added to CBT and then, EMDR, for faster results in healing PTSD, it has been puzzling to researchers that during the initial therapy sessions, veterans seemed to have healed their PTSD successfully, yet, would report during their follow-up appointment that they felt bad or even worse than before. Or patients would insist how much better they actually felt; yet, tests failed to confirm their convictions.

The answer to this phenomenon can be found in the large global data base of the World Health Organization (WHO), and in quite a few text books which I remember well from my own professional training. The World Health Organization strongly advises against having patients relive, or recount the life-threatening trauma in an effort to heal PTSD. Independent research in Israel, where the exposure therapy had originated, showed the same result: Patients who were exposed to relive or recount their trauma showed signs of reinforced PTSD. The World Health Organization has found that the victims do best in settings which provide a sense of security and acceptance within the community, followed by some culture-specific cleansing ritual to make the sufferer feel at home again. Since we don’t have these rituals, we need to innovate our own to healing PTSD.

Let me suggest my method of healing PTSD: the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM. I selected psychological theory as treatment protocol, while the invasive energies are being transmuted through an energetic shift of the Universal Vibrations. Through the shift the disrupted energies are being replenished through life-affirming vibrational energy. As a result, not only the symptoms of PTSD but also deep-seated feelings will be released from the subconscious.I am thinking of grief, mourning, shame, guilt, self-blame, self-indictment. It will feel like a big burden has been lifted from your shoulders and you will feel lighter. A brief daily regime to transmute any new unwanted energies is included. If you are willing to heal your PTSD, to own yourself, to enjoy life and all it has to offer, it will work for you.

The Universal Vibrational Therapy TM is now available on CD. It is increasingly popular as the self-help tool “Healing PTSD Trauma”.

Unique PTSD Healing Method

Vibrational Energy Therapy

“Healing PTSD Trauma”

Resolves Deep-Seated Wounds

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH
War Trauma Survivor,
Creator of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM

Increasing public awareness about PTSD is important. It is equally important to accept that healing from post-traumatic stress (PTSD) is within your reach, if you so desire. The belief that there is no cure for post-traumatic stress (PTSD) is outdated. As many benefits as traditional therapeutic methods have, they do not reach the inner core of PTSD. Energy therapy does.

Talking therapy, like CBT and any variation thereof, basically help you to become aware that your life is no longer at risk and teach you coping mechanisms, e.g. resilience, ego-strengthening techniques, etc. First, you may feel relieved, but then you realize that your invisible wound and many of the feelings linked to it are still within you. You start to wonder will you ever own yourself again? Once you have arrived at this point, it is time to search for a different solution. Look no further. My Universal Vibrational Therapy TM will transmute the energies of your symptoms of PTSD according to a disciplined protocol.

You will find more details further down, but first I want you to consider that not only veterans are suffering from the invisible wound of PTSD. While the nature of the trauma may be vastly different for civilians, the inner war is not. Too many individuals have been misdiagnosed and been battling PTSD for decades. It is unfortunate that wars, sacrifice of lives and health of our veterans had to become the eye-opener for many doctors and mental health practitioners to realize that their civilian patients had been exhibiting symptoms of PTSD. I would like to mention that my CDset “Healing PTSD Trauma” has healed veterans and civilians alike from their traumas and symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD).

My Universal Vibrational Therapy TM has the unique advantage that it transmutes the trauma and its symptoms of PTSD through a disciplined method. Once the trauma has been transmuted through an energetic shift, it will feel like a big burden has been lifted from your shoulders. You will feel lighter and at peace within yourself. From then on, you will cleanse your vibrational field through a daily brief regime from any new energy disrupters which may have originated within your family, work situation, community, mass media, etc. The brief regime “Restabilize Your Energy” will ensure that your vibrational energy will sustain you from then on.

If you so desire, healing from post-traumatic stress (PTSD) is within reach. Would it not be wonderful to own yourself again? To restart your life on a completely new level, with a commitment to yourself to sustain your higher level of being, to feel love in your heart again, clarity of mind and peace at your core? Are you ready to treat yourself to a new level of well-being? “Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD is waiting for you.

PTSD WakeUp Call-CTE Research Link to TBI

CTE Manifestation Not Proven

Restoring Body’s Electric Circuitry crucial

Healing PTSD Trauma Within Reach

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH
War Trauma Survivor, Trauma Expert

Consider your symptoms of post-combat stress (PTSD) your wakeup call to take action, to seek help. Latest research findings about CTE, a degenerative brain disease (encephalopathy), linked to TBI are alarming. More research is needed to establish the true manifestations of CTE and if it manifests itself,  how it could have been avoided. Many variables determine the degree of a head- and brain injury caused by the blast wave of an IED (improvised explosive device) or by violent hits in football.

According to Ann McKee of the Boston University School of Medicine and the Veterans Affairs New England Healthcare System the degree of a concussion, e.g. a mild or moderate brain injury (TBI), can only be diagnosed with an “electron microscope, since CT’s, MRI’s don’t see it“. So if there is no electron microscope with microcurrent available, your treatment is as good as it can be under the circumstances. “Scientists have been working to develop field-deployable treatments, i.e. precisely targeted anti-inflammatory drugs and agents to reduce swelling and agents to heal leaky blood vessels” according to Lee Goldstein, an Alzheimer’s researcher and co-leader of the study about CTE. [1] Among the symptoms of CTE are loss of judgment and memory, and dangerous rage.

Every year about 1.5 million people experience head injuries in the U.S. alone. No other medical condition has such a high number of victims. It is most widely known that many severe head injuries occur in contact sports like football, hockey, boxing.[2] The research study of the Boston University School of Medicine and the Veterans Affairs New England [1] compared three groups which had experienced concussions: Four brains were from dead military veterans hit by blast waves of IEDs. Four brains were from young athletes. Then, there were the scores of mice which had been exposed to blasts, comparable to a 120mm artillery round, 17 feet away. No visible damage was seen, while only the electron microscope showed that the brains of the military looked similar to the athletes and to Alzheimer patients with CTE, and to the brains of the mice. For this reason, the team concluded that the cause of CTE linked to be TBI.

Dr. Douglas Smith, Center for Brain Injury and Repair, University of Pennsylvania, stated that caution needs to be exercised since “we have never really defined what CTE is and what the true clinical manifestations are”. It does not imply that head injuries and brain damage invariably lead to CTE. It has also not been proven that it is linked to suicide like in Junio Seau’s death. To diagnose CTE a postmortum study of the brain is required.

Dr. Douglas Smith also noted that “many who do suffer concussions lead full lives.”[3]

The researchers of the Boston University suggested that the risk of concussions might be minimized by a redesign of the helmets. They had found that, heads still, mice were perfectly fine after the blast wave. [1] You may know that military and private sectors have been working on improving helmets for quite some time. It reminded me of the lab tests of Dr. Douglas Smith and Dr. Shu Yang. The team has been working on special photonic crystals which would change colors on top of the soldiers’ helmets to indicate blast intensity. Shu Yang had expressed it might take them quite a few years to come out with their “butter-fly inspired patch to alert soldiers to brain injury”.[4]

Regarding effective treatment I have come across an article of special interest: Dr. George B. Roth writes about: “The Relationship between Head Injury and Brain Injury, New Treatment Options Provide Hope for Recovery”[3] He states that despite the enormous insights into the effects of TBI, all researchers agree that medicine has little to offer except guidelines for assessment and suggesting occupational training and family counseling. Dr. Roth offers hope through his Matrix Repatterning method. Dr. Roth, a chiropractor, is the founder of The Matrix Institute and Matrix Wellness Solutions in Canada. His method has been recognized by sports organizations as effective treatment in sports medicine. Clinical evidence has been suggesting that the repatterning treatment for head injury results in measurable neurological and cognitive improvement in some cases. It restores the cellular structure and flexibility of the tissue through a special kind of manual massage which rebalances the electrical properties of the body. It is the same kind of microcurrent which Ann McKee refers to and which the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM has been using to transmute the energies of emotional trauma and PTSD through an energetic shift.

Dr. Roth clearly distinguishes between manual repatterning treatment which he would consider for TBI treatment while he reserves therapy with microcurrent equipment for different conditions. Microcurrent refers to the level of microamps, 1/10,000th of an amp. It is the healthy electrical frequency our human body needs to be empowered to function at high performance. In the early 1970’s, astronauts had been treated with this microcurrent to rebalance the electrical properties of their bodies after their return from space. It has been found that any higher voltage is “foreign” to the body and blocks progress. According to Dr. Roth a gentle “whisper” to the body restores our energetic balance best.[5] You may have read in my blog “PTSD: To Conquer or to Deal with it” about Dr. Otto Warburg, Nobel Prize, 1931. He established that if the electrical frequency of body cells weakens, the physical body loses its power.[6] The new energy therapies contribute to refuel the energetic circuitry.

Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD offers you an accelerated, deep-seated solution to refuel the energetic circuitry of any emotional trauma and symptoms of post-combat stress (PTSD). It is the most thorough approach in traditional and energy therapy which I have come across. It works in record time with lasting results. You will feel as if a huge burden has been lifted from your shoulders. It does not matter how many decades you have been suffering from PTSD or whether you are listening to the CDset as a preventive measure. Treat yourself to “Healing PTSD Trauma” it will transmute the energies of trauma through an energetic shift. “Restabilize Your Energy” teaches you how to maintain the energetic balance your body craves to function at its optimum level. “Success Strategies” facilitate ways to shift from self-sabotage to a winning mindset. “Healing PTSD Trauma” may not be for everybody. I have been trauma-free for twenty years now after I had created the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM. It worked for me. It will work for you too.

PTSD: To Conquer or to Deal With It

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, L-CSW-R, CtH
Trauma Expert, War Trauma Survivor

PTSD: What do you expect from yourself –
To Conquer your PTSD or to Deal with it?
What is Your Choice?

heart-fieldYou have returned home from combat. After a few weeks you may start having flashbacks, or become hypervigilant with uncontrollable outbursts of rage. You may experience nightmares or a combination of all of these symptoms or even others. In the waiting room at the VA you get a chance to listen in on the conversations of other vets. You learn that some of them have been coming here for years, even decades, for their medication to support their mental and/or physical health. What about therapy you ask? It has not always worked.

Often it appeared as if their trauma treatment were successful, yet symptoms returned when least expected. You get a rundown of the different kinds of therapies which are being used at the different VA Hospitals. You hear that the VA has been sponsoring research in hopes to find more effective treatment methods than the ones prevalent right now. Finally, it is your turn. After the usual routine of test batteries and consultation, it turns out that your diagnosis is PTSD. Your treatment of short-term exposure therapy combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy is to start in a few weeks. A prescription is handed to you.

What is PTSD?

The American Psychiatric Association has classified post-traumatic stress (PTSD) as a mental disorder in their DSM-IV edition. It intends to change the diagnosis for veterans to post-combat stress in their next edition. In general, PTSD has been considered as a severe anxiety disorder, caused by exposure to a potentially life-threatening event. Looking at PTSD from a scientific viewpoint, you may start to wonder whether it might need to be reclassified as an energy disorder. Allow me to explain my viewpoint.

Scientists have long recognized that each cell in our physical body is supported by intricate systems of energy, i.e. the energy body.. Already in 1931 Nobel Prize-winner Otto Warburg measured tiny electronic voltages in cells. From then on, research continued with astounding results. The functioning of organs, e.g. kidneys or liver, has been measured by the different frequencies these tiny electromagnetic impulses emit. Not so long ago, a special version of the MRI has been designed to measure the energetic health of individuals diagnosed with blast-induced TBI and PTSD.

Aside from the energetic structures within the physical body, there is also a broad protective layer, the energy field, around the body, with the function to protect the energy body, and the other bodies (i.e. mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) from invasion of hostile energies. On the battlefield this protective energy field is overpowered by the onslaught of powerful hostile energy waves, (i.e. blasts of IEDs). These hostile energies proceed to invade the energy body. The energy body then alarms the other bodies in a chain reaction. According to Integrative Medicine the body which was attacked first, needs to be healed first. In this case, the energy body has been violated first. Therefore, it needs to be healed first. Only then, healing the other bodies fully will succeed.

While the invasion of our energy body and the chain reaction to alarm the other bodies occurs, the only message which our conscious awareness understands is when the PTSD symptoms set in. It is the signal to heal the compromised energy body, to take action to heal and strengthen it. Only then, it can re-assume its natural role to protect the physical body and to prevent further harm. To conclude:

PTSD is the signal of the energy body, to alarm all other systems that the energy body has been invaded. Action needs to be taken to heal the energy body, to strengthen it again so it can re-assume its natural role to protect the whole body and to prevent further harm to the whole system.

What is the unique advantage of energy therapy?

Energy therapy does not desensitize you to suppress your feelings. On the contrary, once the traumatic event and its symptoms have been transmuted through an energetic shift in a very gentle fashion, without having to relive the trauma, you will rediscover the richness of your inner self. The Universal Vibrational Therapy TM is the energy therapy which offers you in-depth healing of any emotional trauma which caused your symptoms of post-combat stress. I created it in 1992 to heal my own war trauma. It has withstood the test of time. I have been trauma-free for over twenty years now. The Universal Vibrational Therapy TM has become the foundation of “Healing PTSD Trauma”. which I have developed with you, Veterans, in mind so you can listen to my CD set and experience the energetic shift of having the roots of your emotional trauma transmuted in the privacy of your home. Any secondary symptoms like depression are transmuted as well. Once your energetic health is restored, you want to maintain it through a brief daily routine to fight off any new invasive energies, which easily bombard each and every one in chaotic times.

Will you assume the responsibility for your trauma treatment and conquer your PTSD through the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM? You will be free to rediscover your inner self, create a rich life and follow your dreams and visions.

I would like to emphasize that the CDset is not only for veterans returning from the battlefield, but also for civilians either diagnosed with PTSD or any other trauma, e.g. mobbing, i.e. harassment at the workplace/school, invasive surgeries, sexual assault, childhood trauma, ancestral trauma, to name a few.

The CD set “Healing PTSD Trauma” and “Restabilize Your Energy” is based on the energetic shift of the Universal Vibrational Therapy TM to transmute the energies of any present or prior emotional trauma, the cause of your post-combat stress. While listening to the CD, your natural resilience will re-emerge, clarity of thought will be restored. Shame and guilt will be transmuted , as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression. The Success Strategies will encourage you to develop a certain expertise about your own energy body. Guidelines on how to erase old unwanted behavior patterns are included. “Restabilize Your Energy” serves as a reminder to maintain your energy field at all times in prime condition. The CD set “Healing PTSD Trauma” and “Restabilize Your Energy” will empower you to fulfill your dreams and visions.

Preventing Suicide

WHY WOULD A YOUNG HERO COMMIT SUICIDE? Have you asked yourself this question?

In Memory of Clay Warren Hunt and all the other War Heroes who have served our country in patriotic duty and could no longer tolerate to live among us.
Why would a young war hero who seems to have everything going for him give up on life?

A) WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR SUICIDE HAPPENING BACK HOME?

– Could it be because PTSD/trauma came home with our hero?
– Does our hero feel unbearable shame and guilt over events which happened on foreign land?
– Has he lost buddies over there and blames himself for their death?
– Did his buddies die through friendly fire?
– Does he feel, he should have died, instead of his buddies?
– Does our hero feel drawn to join his buddies on the other side?
– Could he feel guilty for having caused the death of innocent civilians, adults and children alike?
– Has our hero been the victim of military rape?
– Does our hero feel alienated from everybody?
– Have family conflicts become too difficult to handle in addition to the invisible wounds?
– Has our hero been abandoned by spouse or lover?– Has our hero or heroine become homeless?
– Has our hero lost faith in himself and the world?– Does our hero feel as if he had lost his soul?
– Are you aware that certain depression drugs are associated with increased risk of suicide?
– Did our hero take to the bottle, misused drugs to drown emotional and physical pain?

B) WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR SUICIDE ON FOREIGN LAND?
– All of the above, or even more?

C) WHAT ARE POSSIBLE SUICIDE RISKS?
–  Exposure to the suicidal behavior of others
–  Keeping firearms in the house
–  Prior suicide attempts
– Chronic physical illness, including pain
– Incarceration
– Violence, physical/sexual abuse
– Family history of suicide, mental disorder, substance abuse.

D) WHAT ARE WARNING SIGNS?
– Our hero might say: “It would be better, if I was not around”.
– Feeling helpless, hopeless, worthless
– Saying “I want out”, “I’m tired of Life”
– Having a death wish, tempting fate: e.g. running red lights, driving too fast.
– Thinking or talking about suicide
– Sudden, unexpected switch from deep sadness to extreme happiness.
– Clinical depression: loss of interest, increasing loss of appetite and sleep, deep sadness.
– Visiting, calling people to say good-bye.

E) WHAT CAN YOU DO?
– Take our hero seriously.
– Listen to what the individual has to say.
– Ask what our hero is planning to do.
– Do not leave the individual alone.
– Depending on the situation call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or take the person to a health care professional or the emergency room. If all else fails, call 911.
– Be supportive in a very understanding way.
PLEASE BE PREPARED. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO SAVE A LIFE.

Allow yourself to turn your sense of isolation and dissatisfaction with civilian life around. ‘Healing PTSD Trauma‘ with the Companion CD ‘Restabilize Your Energy‘ will entice you to heal your war trauma and your post-traumatic stress (PTSD).

‘Healing PTSD Trauma’ transmutes the energies of your depression, your anxiety or panic attacks, your aggressive outbursts of anger, your hypervigilance, your sensitivity to noises or smells, your sense of detachment, your suicidal thoughts, your insomnia, your flashbacks, and all the other signs of post-traumatic stress (PTSD).

It is important to note that ‘Healing PTSD Trauma‘ is unique. ‘Healing PTSD Trauma’ does not only heal present single or multiple trauma. ‘Healing PTSD Trauma’ also resolves past trauma, no matter whether it occurred in the recent past or years ago, during childhood or birth.

It does not take months or weeks. You only need to listen to the CDset, maybe once or a few times, depending on the severity of your trauma. You will also learn how to maintain a vibrant energy field through a daily brief exercise explained in the Companion CD “Restabilize Your Energy”.

I was inspired to create my special method to resolve my own war trauma which had followed me through my professional training and through different kinds of therapies. I called my creation the Universal Vibrational Therapy in 1992. I registered it as a Service Mark, back then, now it has become a Trade Mark. My Universal Vibrational Therapy TM has enabled me to become trauma-free and stay trauma-free for nearly twenty years now. So can you!

The CD set “Healing PTSD Trauma” will transmute your symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD), while “Restabilize Your Energy” will motivate you to maintain a healthy energy body through a brief exercise, and the added-on Success Strategies will inspire you to transform self-defeating behavior patterns of old into a self-empowering vision of life.

Healing PTSD on Ice

Your most supportive Treatment choice?

Select “Healing PTSD Trauma” CD

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

Minnesota Warriors, lots of people have been reading with excitement the blog about you.  Even though they may never have the opportunity to watch you on ice, you have become their heroes.  I am one of your fans,  too. Who among you, Veterans, fighting also PTSD, would want to skate on ice too?  You may ask what could be your most supportive treatment choice? There is no doubt in my mind. It is  “Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD.

Do you wish you could join the Minnesota Warriors and work on recovering from physical and mental wounds of war on the ice? You may want to incorporate my “Healing PTSD Trauma” to restabilize your energy.

In Minnesota, veterans have been given the chance to form an ice-hockey team, the Minnesota Warriors. Gear, locker and space are free of charge. They have been playing regularly. Their recovery process is not always easy; many of them have post-traumatic stress (PTSD). They understand each other, share their experiences, have found a community, have become brothers on the ice.

A similar team exists in Washington, DC; however, it appears the Minnesota Warriors are unique–may be, it is the way they have bonded with each other and are able to help each other out on ice.

Presently, the Minnesota Warriors are hoping that more veterans will be able to join the team. Their wish is to field multiple teams in the future.

While on ice, some of the symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD) might be triggered again. Flashbacks might occur. But the Minnesota Warriors form a band of newly found brothers and know how to support each other.

To transmute the symptoms of  combat stress ( PTSD) and emotional trauma through an energetic shift is the purpose of “Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD.  It comes with a companion CD “Restabilize Your Energy” which trains how to maintain healthy energy in today’s world.  “Success Strategies” encourage to adopt wanted behavior patterns.

“Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD will heal any single or multiple emotional trauma, which may have occurred recently or decades ago. It includes emotional trauma of any kind.  Recent research has shown that many of our veterans have also sustained TBI. TBI in nature is traumatic. The emotional components of the trauma will be transmuted by “Healing PTSD Trauma” and so will any residue of the trauma, hidden in the subconscious.

As you may be aware, as a war trauma survivor I have created the Universal Vibrational Therapy™, a Service Mark in 1992, to heal my own war trauma. I have been symptom free since then.  You, too, can find lasting inner peace through “Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD. The intensity of your emotional trauma does not matter. It makes no difference when your trauma has occurred or how many trauma have accumulated during your lifetime.

Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD will allow you to resume your normal life and pursue your dreams whether as Warrior on Ice or as Warrior through Song.
